I become part of your leadership team. We plan your year, sort your quarterly goals and I handle the monthly operational review meetings. Think of me as your right-hand person for everything that keeps your business running smoothly.
Perfect if:
You’re at six figure revenue, have a small team already and want someone thinking strategically about your whole business, not just plugging the leaks and hoping for the best.
Investment: POA (minimum 6 months)
Time commitment: Roughly 3-4 days per month

I promised you clarity, so I’ll be honest – the work I do is not the cheapest out there. But I’m not a VA who charges by the hour, leaving you to do most of the thinking and practical work anyway.
Working with me means you get 25+ years of operations experience, plus access to a whole skilled team, for less than you’d pay one senior hire. Most clients save more time and stress than they spend in the first month.
How much time will this take from me?
The whole point is to give you time back, not eat into it. Depending on which service you choose, we might need 1-2 hours from you in the first week to understand how things work. After that, most clients spend less time on operational tasks within the first month.
One client went from 3 hours of daily admin to less than 30 minutes.
How do I know which service is right for me?
