Before working with Flow, we had a feeling of being overwhelmed and confused. Too many websites, too many broken links and navigation issues, too much of a messy user experience. Rather than continue with patch repairs, we wanted to overhaul our website to reduce the headache. Flow would be the saviour we needed. Michelle is a ray of sunshine and known within the Digital Women community as the go-to Kajabi expert. When we decided we needed assistance migrating our websites into one place with Kajabi, Michelle was the woman I knew we had to ask to collaborate with.

We needed someone to fix all our tech problems and set up systems that could seamlessly be duplicated in-house. Working with Flow was easy, Michelle kept us constantly up to date with progress, touched base with queries to ensure we were all aligned, and took time to create and explain clear SOPs that we now frequently refer back to.

Knowing, and trusting, that funnels and tags and automations etc. have all been set up accurately and are just working away in the background, is a relief to know, as it frees up the team’s time to do other activities. As a community-focused company, having a better user experience for the community was really at the forefront of our decision when choosing to work with Flow, and we hope moving forwards that this experience continues to improve as we continue to utilise Kajabi’s features better. 

Having someone who knows a platform inside out has been hugely beneficial as they know the best processes, rather than us attempting to set things up slightly less than perfect. This was a project based partnership with Flow, and even since the project has completed, Michelle goes above and beyond to update us on new features or potential gaps that need improvement, and it’s that level of support and generosity that is really something special.
